P- Andrew Cashner $9,000- Who would have thought that Andrew Cashner would be the fourth highest-priced pitcher on any night ever? He’s been dominant in every one of his starts this season. So far, Cashner has 59.33 FP. I think Cashner will be able to tame the Brewers and record another great fantasy game.

P-Julio Tehran $7,600-  This is another great pitcher going today. Tehran has been dominant and in 4 starts, he’s sporting a 1.93 ERA and 2 wins. Last time against the Marlins, Tehran threw 6 innings with 9 Ks and 13 FP. I think he has a similar performance only this time he gets the win which adds another 4 FP.

P- Wily Peralta $5,800- This guy has been a great addition to the back-end of the Brewers rotation. In 3 starts this season, Peralta has a 1.96 ERA and 2 wins. I think the game between the Brewers and Padres will be a pitcher’s duel and Peralta should come out on top and have one of his best fantasy games to date.

2B- Ian Kinsler $3,400- Kinsler has been on fire lately and draws a juicy matchup against John Danks. Kinsler’s career stats vs. Danks goes like this: 12 for 31, 3 doubles, 4 HRs, 5 RBIs and .387 batting average. He’s a must-start for me tonight.

C- Devin Mesoraco $3,200- This guy would have been considered a sleeper last week, but his bat has really woken up as he has hit safely in his last 10 games. His smallest FP output was April 11 vs TB where he scored 2.5 FP. But since then, all he has done has hit. He’s averaging 5.8 FP which is great from a guy who nobody thought would be this good this early. I’m going to ride this guy out until the streak is over, and using him in both H2H and GPP plays tonight.

GPP Players to consider:

OF-Christian Yelich $3,000- He’s another guy on a hot hitting streak and he’s pretty cheap.

OF- Brennan Boesch $2,200- He’s minimum price and should see some playing time as Kalhoun is on the DL along with Hamilton. I can see him coming in and hitting for power and costing us this cheap, he’s more of a punt play but in GPP that’s what makes you the big $$.

2B- Neil Walker $3,200- He’s more of an up and down player this year so far. He already has 6 HRs and has had HUGE games, but he’s also had awful games going 0 for 5. Another great GPP possibility.
