This lineup was used in H2H, 5 Man League, and the $1,000 5x Quintuple. It cashed in multiple H2H, and 5X, but failed to cash in the 5 man league ONLY because Carlos Ruiz decided to man up last night. We’ve been on a roll lately and have dominated all of our H2Hs.

Suggested Players for 4/22/14:

P- Masahiro Tanaka $8,000- We’re paying up but we know what to expect. In 3 games, Tanaka has 28 Ks and 53 FP. He is facing the Red Sox at Fenway who were just handled by Orioles starter Wei-Yin Chen and Tanaka is 10x better than him. I think this will be a pitcher’s duel and Tanaka will be victorious. UPDATE- 60% CHANCE OF RAIN

P- Johnny Cueto $7,500- If you want to save money at pitcher, somehow Cueto is still priced this low. Cueto gets to face the same Pirates club he just dominated for a complete game 3 hits, 12 SO, and 25 FP. His last game was at home and this time it’s in Pittsburgh, but I don’t see why Cueto can’t have some more success. We need to use him until he gets hurt again, which is bound to happen.

P- Adam Wainwright $10,000- He’s priced this high for a reason. Wainwright is a dominant a pitcher as any and he gets a juicy matchup against the Mets. He’s coming off a complete game 2 hitter against the Nationals where he had 21 FP. I made the mistake of taking Hernandez last night against the Astros as a “sure thing” experts were calling, and that bit us. I think Wainwright will do wonders tonight for us in cash games, but it brings the overall quality of our team down when we use 30% of our salary on just the pitcher.

C- Miguel Montero $2,900- A guy with Montero’s talent shouldn’t be this low-priced. He got to rest last night with Travis Wood dominating the Diamondbacks so he should be rested. He is facing Jason Hammels who has struggled with a 3.05 ERA since coming over from Baltimore.

C- Buster Posey $3,200- Stop me if you have heard this one before. Buster Posey, vs. a mediocre RHP at Coors? If he’s not benched for rest, I think Posey has a great game against Morales who is sporting a 4.82 ERA for the Rockies.

1B- Eric Hosmer $2,900- He’s extremely cheap and a streaky player. He went 0 for 4 last night vs. the Indians but he gets to face the struggling Danny Salazar who is sporting a 7.71 ERA. Even if we punt this play, we can afford bigger bats elsewhere.

1B- Brandon Moss $3,000- This play is adamant on the wind sticking to around 20 MPH blowing out to RF. Moss has some power and facing Nick Martinez who is struggling at the moment for the Rangers. If he can get a ball in the jet stream, Moss can have a game we are used to seeing from him last season.

OF- Hunter Pence $3,100- I didn’t go with Pence last night but tonight he’s facing Morales at Coors who has a 4.82 ERA… Advantage Pence.
